A fun and addicting game with a charming blend of cute and creepy. However I can't say much about the complete game experience since I will not be completing it on Switch. It does have an extremely severe lag and freezing issue once you have two farms and a certain amount of followers. If you keep your cult decorating and utensils sparse then it might be okay, but for me that ruins half the experience of min-maxing the cult. Plus you need a certain amount of followers to unlock dungeons, so it may be unavoidable. Restarting the game might help for a bit however.

Sometimes I can hardly believe this is on the Switch. It's a gorgeous game and performs well too. Should be enjoyable for those coming from World and from the older games. This entry has the heaviest focus on multiplayer yet and is almost too easy to start without it at first if this is not your first MH game.

An impressive port from the 3DS. People coming from the latest PS4 title might find the controls heavier, but they are rewarding to master. Each fight is a challenge to perfect and the grind for new gear gives you the reason to do just that. Most of the Monsters feel really unique and have different moves or abilities or other gimmicks. They all feel alive and interesting to fight. Oh. And you can play as a cat, what's better than that? All and all one of the best games on the Switch.
